Greta von Geiselhof is an elegant 7 year old classic looking German Shepherd. She was placed as a puppy in a good home, (we have her puppy pictures) Unfortunately her owner has been in an accident and tragically can’t care for her any longer. Greta needs another dog in her home; she loved the 11 year old Greyhound she lived with. The two of them loved to take turns at chasing each other, even though the Greyhound always won. The Greyhound was placed by the time we got Greta which was hard on her, she loved her so much. The two girls loved hiking in the Ojai mountains with their dad, they followed commands and were always so well-behaved. Everywhere Greta went kids loved her and she loved them; she was always so gentle. There were cats in her former home. At the rescue we introduced her to some cats and she was very wary of them. Greta is very agile and can jump fences, but she doesn’t want to go anywhere except maybe to the front door, but she has to be watched carefully at first. Greta is sweet with guests and is an all-around amazing dog! Are you the family to put a smile back on Greta’s beautiful face?
